y = 5/x
If you want to shift the function 4 units left, you can add 4 to the x-value in the parent function:
y = 5 / ( x + 4 )
After that, you can add 3 to your function to shift it up 3 units.
y = 5 /( x + 4 ) + 3
( the final equation )
