7/16 - 5/12. Difference ??? Estimate???
5/6 + 9/10. Sum??? Estimate???
10 1/5 + 5 6/11. Sum??? Estimate???
6 2/9 - 2 5/6. Difference??? Estimate???

to simplify you make sure that the denomanator is or has a multiple of the numerater and they you divide by a number that can go into both the numerator and denomanater

Simplifying fraction is easy once you get the hang of it. First you have to change the denominator of one to match the other. Once you've done that you can subtract, add, divide, or multiply the numerators.
