Triangle X: 4/5=0.8
Triangle Y: 6/7.5=0.8
(Select the triangles with legs at a ratio of 0.8)

A: 8/10=0.8
B: 3/3.75=0.8
C: 10/12=0.8333333333
D: 12/15=0.8

A, B, and D

I must add though, the wording of this question is very bad.
