" e+7 " means the same thing as " x 10⁷ ".
They both mean "move the decimal point 7 places that way ===> ."
So take the 3.82 and do that to it.
If there aren't enough places to move the decimal point far enough,
then add some zeros onto the end of the 3.82 before you move
the point.
