C. Congressional record

The Congressional Record is the official record of the procedures and deliberations of the United States Congress. It is issued by the United States Government Publishing Office. Records are issued almost in every two weeks. At the end of an assembly, the regular editions are compiled in volumes composing the permanent editions.

The Congressional Record comprises of four divisions: the House section, the Extensions of Remarks, the Senate section, the Daily Digest.
