yes it does We know that the graph is exponential growth because b > 1. The y intercept needs to be moved up 1, meaning that the yintercept will now be at (0, 2) instead of (0, 1). The horizontal asymptote also needs to be moved up 1, so the horizontal asymptote will be at f(x) = 1 or y = 1.
