Can female rabbits get cancer from not being spayed or neutered

Research has shown that female animals are at less risk for developing cancer if they are spayed after one -two litters.

And think of neutering as cutting the poor male's nuts off; neuter nuts.

Female rabbits don't get nude red they get spayed and no I don't think they do
