Self-descipline is defined as the ability to control one's impulses, emotions, desires and behavior. By following self-descipline, a person will succeed in gaining the long-term satisfaction and fulfillment from achieving higher and more meaningful goals.

Possessing self-discipline means being able to make the decisions, take the actions, and execute your game plan regardless of the barriers, discomfort, or difficulties, that may appear in your way.
