The Given Decimal is = 0.555

⇒ Tenth place Decimal =0.5

So, Place Value of Tenth place Decimal=
5 * 10^(-1)

⇒Thousandth place Decimal =0.005

Place Value of Thousandth place Decimal=
5 * 10^(-3)

\rightarrow 5 * 10^(-1) * [10^(-2)]\\\\=5 * 10^(-1-2)\\\\=5 * 10^(-3)

\rightarrow 10^(-2)× Place Value of Tenth place Decimal= Place Value of Thousandth place Decimal

Place Value of Tenth place Decimal=100× Place Value of Thousandth place Decimal
