1 mole ------------- 6.02x10²³ molecules
4.00 moles -------- ( molecules )

molecules = 4.00 x ( 6.02x10²³) / 1

molecules = 2.41x10²⁴ / 1

= 2.41x10²⁴ molecules

hope this helps!

Step-by-step explanation:

According to Avogadro's number, in 1 mole there are
6.023 * 10^(23) atoms or particles.

Since, it is given that there is 4.00 mole sample of a substance. Therefore, calculate the number of representative particles present in it as follows.

4.00 mol * 6.023 * 10^(23) atoms/mol

= 24.092 atoms

Thus, we can conclude that there are 24.092 atoms in a 4.00 mole sample of a substance.
