x = 0.2666... |multiply both sides by 10
10x = 2.666... |multiply both sides by 10
100x = 26.666...
100x - 10x = 26.666... - 2.666...
90x = 24 |divide both sides by 90
x = 24/90
x = 12/45
Answer: 0.2666... = 12/45
