Judaism is a monotheistic belief that derived from israel and promised that one day a savior will come and save all good people on earth and enters heaven.
Countries in southwest regions believed that prophet Mohammed is this savior which led to the formation of muslim as religion.
The jewish on the other hand, believed that this savior still hasn't come yet.
But if compared, there are a lot of similarities between the two religions

Judaism was the primary faith to believe in one god. Up to it purpose, different cultures, like the Egyptians, believed in many gods that ruled totally different aspects of their life. They were additionally distinctive in a basic cognitive process that their god set down specific ethical rules that they ought to live by, tho' the Egyptians did believe that if you did not live an ethical life normally, you'd not be able to participate within the life.
