I is 180 degrees. there is an angle given to you which is 62. that angle is also the angle for the where line DE intersect with line IJ. so if line IJ is total 180. minus the 62 angle. is 118. line DE and line KL intersect at a 90 angle. so 118 minus 90 is 28. therefore 28 is the answer to the angle IAK.
