How do I get 0.783 as a fraction

Okay. Have you learned about the tenths, hundredths, thousandths? 7 is the tenth, 8 is the... so on. Since this decimal stops at the thousandth, the number after the decimal point will be over 1000. Therefore, the answer should be 783/1000
