68 = r/4. Rearrange.
r/4 = 68.
Cross multiply.
r = 4*68
r = 272
That's it.

68=r/4
to get r alone you need to times it by its reciprical which is the opposite (do it to both sides
example: 6/3=3/6
68=r/4 × 4/1
272=r
