Healthy bodies come in a variety of shapes and sizes. What is an example of why we cannot judge a person's health based on his or her body size?

People have different metabolisms, meaning that they digest food quicker or faster, sometime the slower ones tend to have a problem loosing weight easier, and the faster ones mean that you can eat and eat and eat and eat and almost gain nothing

Not two people are the same way. Some people have different bone densities then others. Some people's bodies react to differently with food and exercise
