The problem in that print is clearly written and easy to find. But in case you couldn't find it the problem is "The classmate talks very loud and doesn't let others participate in discussions"
Advice - Have some people who agree with your opinion confront her during a spare/break. Without being rude , discuss that you would appreciate if she could lower her voice in certain areas and could allow others to voice their opinion as well.
