If the Vacuole of a plant cell is empty the plant will wilt because with the water in the vacuole the plant cant make the sugars needed for energy to carry out its life functions.

The organelle that id empty would cause the plant to wilt is the vacuole. If this organelle is empty the pH in the cell will not be maintained and will cause the plant to wilt because it is the only option for the cell to do to lessen the energy it needs to survive.
