So you make one of those graphs
and you label each one of how u want it
then you y= mxtb so you will start with b wihc is -4 so you go down the negative four and you place your dot then you take the three adn you go up three over one which is rise over run and since there is no number it is automatically 1 then you connect the dots

we can graph the linear function by finding first the x and y intercepts.
x-intercept0 = 3x – 4 ; x = 4/3P ( 4/3,0)
y-intercepty = 3x – 4
y = 0 - 4; y = -4
P(0,-4)
WE connect the two points and extend the line infinitely
