After the DNA replication and doubling of chromosomes the spindle formation begins and centrioles will move opposite sides
the mitosis occurs and it is its initial stage after that meiosis begins
hope it helps

It seems that this question is related to cell division. In cell division during interphase DNA replicate after the DNA has replicated and chromosome number is doubled the next step is initiation of either mitosis or amitosis. You can check out the different phases of mitosis. Hope this helped you.
