First, you need to find the slope of the line. You can use this with the slope formula,
(y_(2) - y_(1))/(x_(2) - x_(1)), where the x's and y's are the given coordinates.

(y_(2) - y_(1))/(x_(2) - x_(1)) Plug in the coordinates

(11 - 5)/(-2 - 0) Subtract

(6)/(-2) Divide
-3

Now, plug the slope (m) and one pair of coordinates, I'll use (-2, 11), into point-slope form,
y - y_(1) = m (x - x_(1)).

y - y_(1) = m (x - x_(1)) Plug in the values
y - 11 = -3 (x - (-2) Cancel out the double negative
y - 11 = -3 (x + 2)
