A belt is not a uniform requirement whereas a clean, pressed uniform, slip resistant shoes and a tie are. Depending on where you work, each company may have their own dress code that could require a belt but it’s not a common uniform requirement. However, if you are unable to keep your bottoms up without a belt, then a belt is necessary to look professional.

I believe the answer is: b. Belt

Belt is optional depending on the size of your uniform compared to the size of your waist. If the size of your uniform larger than your waist, you are advised to use a belt in order to prevent your pants from falling down when you are moving around.
