The kingdoms of living organisms that contain prokaryotic cells are bacteria and archaea. They are both unicellular. While the kingdoms of living organisms that contain eukaryotic cells are protista, fungi, animalia, and plantae. Protista is unicellular. Fungi could be unicellular or multi cellular while animalia and plantae are both multi cellular.
