Is the mean hemoglobin level of high-altitude workers different from 16 g/cm3

Healthy mean have got 4,2 g/cm³ hemoglobin.Someone who works on high-altitude can have up to 16 g/cm³,and even more,because when we are very high ,bone marrow produce even more hemoglobin.
