The American revolution was all about the Americans wanting to be free from Great Britian, and the french Revolution was all about the french wanting a new government and a new leader. the differnece is that the American Revolution the Americans worked together as one nation will the french killed other french people ( the guillotine) oh. and once The Americans won the Revolution they keep there government. The french killed a couple of there "leaders" they would chose. in tell Napoleon took control but that's another story.
