Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system. In fact, Jupiter is several times more massive than all the other planets, moons, and asteroids in the solar system combined. There is no solid surface to land on Jupiter and no spaceship could withstand the pressure of its thick atmosphere.

The largest planet in the solar system is Jupiter. Its radius alone is 7,257 miles longer than the second largest planet, Saturn's.
