The length of the arc that is intercepted by the angle is equal to the ratio of the angle to a whole revolution multiplied to the circumference. Mathematically,
S = (A / 2π rad) x 2πr
Substituting the known values,
S = (2.5 rad / 2π rad) x 2π x (6 m)
S = 15 m
Thus, the length of the intercepted arc is 15 m.
