The nuclear DNA content of a single sperm cell of drosophila is approximately 0.18 picograms. What would be the expected nuclear DNA content of a primary spermatocyte? What would be the expected nuclear DNA of a somatic cell in the G1 phase? What would be the expected nuclear DNA content of a somatic cell at metaphase?

1 primary spermatocyte contains the genetic material that will be spread between 4 sperm cells. so it'll have 4 times that of the sperm cell.
4*0.18 pg = 0.72 picograms
You'd work out the rest with the same logic. Determine the amount of genetic material the cell has at the specified part of the cell cycle.
