The\ point-slope\ form:y-y_1=m(x-x_1)\ where\ m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)\\\\(0;\ 2)\to x_1=0\ and\ y_1=2\\(1;\ 5)\to x_2=1\ and\ y_2=5\\\\m=(5-2)/(1-0)=(3)/(1)=3\\\\Answer:\\\\y-2=3(x-0)\ or\ y-5=3(x-1)
