15^7/15^4
when dividing exponents with the same base, u just subtract the exponents.
15^7 / 15^4 = 15^(7 - 4) = 15^3

remember

(x^m)/(x^n)=x^(m-n)

so

(15^7)/(15^4)=15^(7-4)=15^(3)
