36^(12-m)=6^(2m)\\\\(6^2)^(12-m)=6^(2m)\\\\6^(2(12-m))=6^(2m)\\\\6^(24-2m)=6^(2m)\iff24-2m=2m\ \ \ |add\ 2m\ to\ both\ sides\\\\4m=24\ \ \ \ |divide\ both\ sides\ by\ 4\\\\\boxed{m=6}
