The organelles are found in both plant and animal cells are B. cell membrane and vacuole. Only plant cells contain cell wall and mitochondria. Lysosomes are only found in animals. A plant cell is differentiated from an animal cell by the presence of C. cell wall, vacuole. animal cells have smaller vacuoles than plant cells
