How is sleet different from hail?

1:Hail falls to the ground as liquid water, and sleet is solid.
2:Hail falls with rain and snow, and sleet only falls with snow.
3:Sleet can happen during thunderstorms, and hail cannot.
4:Sleet pellets are smaller than hail.
