How does the interaction of people groups affect the growth of societies?

Interactions by groups depend on size of group, differences between the two groups, the larger group will normally assimilate smaller group and will adopt some of the ways and customs of the smaller group into their own. Creating a more diverse group.

If people from different cultures integrate with one and other then the potential is there to advance there knowledge and world view. By mixing with people from other ethnicity/cultures and by understanding their beliefs and views it is easier to avoid prejudices.
