1 hr = 60 minutes 60 minutes / 60 miles = 1 minutes/miles 30 miles * 1 minute = 30 minutes 30 minutes

1 hour= 60 mins
60 mins= 60 miles
30 miles= (60 miles÷60 minutes)×30 miles
=30 mins
