When two species are bred the resulting organism would be considered a hybrid and the process is called hybridization. I don't know if that helps.

Answer: Hybridization

Step-by-step explanation:

Hybridization is a process of production of hybrid. In this method the parents from two distinct species are cross bred so as to produce an hybrid offspring. An hybrid offspring will have the qualities of both of the parents.

Turkin is a hybrid produce by the cross breeding of chicken and turkey. Some of them lacks the feathers over the neck which helps in providing a cooling affect to these birds. Their bodies are favorable for obtaining meat. Turkins are broody and good mothers.
