The answer would be C because a bone can heal while all of the other disabilities could be permanent. Also, a disability is something that disables you from doing something. A broken bone probably won't disable you as much as the other disabilities, and so, it is not protected by law.

Answer:

C. a broken bone that is expected to heal properly

Step-by-step explanation:

Disabilities under the constitution are considered all of those diseases or conditions that impair one or two major functions like walking, thinking, running, or talking, and they have to be a permanent situation, in this case a broken bone is not a disability since it will heal eventually and it won´t be permanent.
