This question should actually be answered from a personal perspective.

However from my own life experiences I have found different ways to reduce stress in my life and deal with the stresses I do have.

For example I always make time to do things that bring me pleasure, things that are for my own peace of mind. I play video games, paint, draw, listen to music, play with my cats, spend quality time with my husband, spend time with friends. I also drink coffee. It is my only real vice and I enjoy it. I don't over consume it though, I enjoy it in moderation.

I have made sure that now I have a good support network as this is hugely important to my health and well being. Distance yourself from anyone that causes you stress and don't feel guilty about it.
