What is the differences between hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism?

Hypo = less than normal
Hyper = more than normal

Hypothyroidism means the thyroid doesn't make enough thyroid hormone whereas hyperthyroidism means the thyroid gland makes more than enough thyroid hormone

What is the differences between hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism?
