When steam in the air gets cooler and changes back into water, clouds form. This process of changing water vapor in the air into liquid water is called condensation. Since you'll come across clouds nearly every time you look at the sky, perhaps you can use clouds as your example for condensation.

The water on the ground vaporize up into the sky by the heat from the Sun, which then condensed into clouds.
