Hello,
f(4)=f(2*2)=f(2)+f(2)=3+3=6
f(8)=f(2*4)=f(2)+f(4)=3+6=9
f(16)=f(2*8)=f(2)+f(8)=3+9=12
f(32)=f(2*16)=f(2)+f(16)=3+12=15
