Answer with explanation:

⇒Position of Pre image = P (-3,-1)

This point is lying in third Quadrant.

⇒Position of Image = P'(3, -1)

This Point is Lying in Fourth Quadrant.

The Preimage(-3, -1) is reflected along Negative Y axis to get Image (3,-1).

So, Line of Reflection = Y axis

since the y-coordinate of the preimage and image is the same, the refrextion is across the y-axis and because the x-cordinate are at the opposite side of the y-axis with the same value. The line of refrextion is the y-axis.
