for anyone that's still wondering its B

(google the term herd immunity if your curious as to why but in short:

the resistance to the spread of a contagious disease within a population that results if a sufficiently high proportion of individuals are immune to the disease, especially through vaccination.) oh and non communicable diseases are ones that cant spread, communicable diseases are ones that can.

Vaccinations: Give you a small dosage of the disease, so that when the real thing comes around, your body fights off the disease easier, since it has already been exposed it knows exactly what to do.

Since vaccinations don't prevent the spread of any type of disease that eliminates the letters B and D.

And For C vaccinations are given before you get the virus, to make it easier to fight it off, and eventually, humans wouldn't get the disease anymore.

So our only answer that could possibly be the correct answer is
A.) vaccinations are used to treat existing disease symptoms.

Good Luck! :)
