are all isosceles right triangles congruent? I think that they aren't that they are similar, but I am not 100% sure. Help?

You are correct in saying that it is false to say that all isosceles triangles are congruent. They are indeed similar because the two remaining angles measure 45 degrees making all the isosceles right triangles equiangular. The sides should have the same ratio of the corresponding for them to be considered similar.
