just a matter of subbing ur points in and seeing which one is correct

y > 4x - 5.....(2,4)
4 > 4(2) - 5
4 > 8 - 5
4 > 3 (correct)

y > 4x -5

On replacing the values of x and y;
4>4(2)-5
4>8-5
4>3
