Photosynthesis requires the input of water, carbon dioxide and sunlight to produce glucose. This glucose in then used in cellular respiration along with the input of oxygen to produce water, carbon dioxide and energy.

They're not exactly opposite processes but, one of the ways they are would be that photosynthesis has the inputs of water and carbon dioxide whereas cellular respiration has the outputs of water and carbon dioxide.
