230 pages divided by 25 pages = 92
92 x 1.25 hours = 11 1/2 hours (this is the answer)

The first thing I would do is divide the rate by 1 1/4, to get the amount per hour which gives us this:
20 pages per 1 hour
Now, that we know he reads 20 pages per hour, we just divide 230 by 20 to find the amount of hours. Our answer comes out to
11.5 hours
