A change in environment that causes an organism to take action is : C. Stimulus
For example, let's examine a toddler environment. If you put a shiny new object in front of baby (a change in environment) , that baby will be attracted to that shiny object and attracted to it. In this case, the shiny new object is the stimulus

hope this helps
