P/Q is your answer. Just bring the x term to the rhs, then divide by Q.

solve for y
px - qy = (r + 1)
-qy = -px + (r + 1)
y = (-px)/-q + (r + 1)/-q
y = (p/q)x - (r + 1)/q

slope is : p/q
