Explanation: The buffalo's were most common in the great plains at the time because they didn't know they were hunted there.. I just know it's 4 it's not eay to put it in words

The Great Plains - the method was actually to drive Native Americans, who largely lived off buffalo, off the land. They would have 'shooting parties' from the backs of trains at passing buffalo, the goal being to shoot as many buffalo as possible.
